Walter Reddy is a Son of the American Revolution (SAR) and has been a Constitutional Activist since 1970. Starting in 1970, he succeeded in collecting petitions which called for a Constitutional amendment, giving 18 year olds the right to vote, the 26th Amendment.

In 1993, he collaborated with a group of 10 Constitutional activists that lobbied Hawaii legislators and got them to introduce and pass a 10th Amendment resolution. Within 2 years, more than 22 States followed with similar legislation.

In 1994, Walter and other patriots converged on the Philadelphia, PA State Capital and successfully lobbied State legislators to stop the calling for a Constitutional Convention that would seek to replace the U.S. Constitution with a U.N.”New States Constitution”.

Later in 1994, after moving to Orange County, NY, he teamed up with a County legislator to draft legislation revitalizing the Orange County Militia. That work was stopped after the media’s demonetization of the word “militia” and their alleged involvement in the bombing of the Federal building in Oklahoma City.

General Ben Partin exposing how and where bombs were placed inside the federal building that blew the building from the inside out, the truck bomb only doing superficial damage. The Government has sued Bill Benson seeking an injunction prohibiting him from “falsely” telling people the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution was not ratified and therefore they are not required to file an income tax return. Bob Schulz has an engineering degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1963), and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University (1969). According to a resume published by Cryer on his website, Cryer graduated with honors from Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School in 1973, and was inducted into the LSU Law School Hall of Fame in 1987. Cryer is also a member of the Order of the Coif (a law school honor society), that he served as a Special Advisor and Draftsman at the Louisiana Constitutional Convention in 1973 and that he has argued cases before the Louisiana Supreme Court. Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz is an internationally known authority in the overlapping fields of public health, behavioral science, emerging diseases, and natural healing.

Dr. Horowitz received his doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1977. As a student and faculty member at Tufts, he taught medical and dental histology, graduated with honors, and was awarded a research fellowship in behavioral science at the University of Rochester.

Michael Benoit was born on March 14th, 1951 in Boston Massachusetts. He is the proud father of two daughters: Natalie Marie, and Michelle Loreta, ages 25 and 15. Michael known as “Mike” by his friends was raised in the San Diego community of Pacific Beach, and has lived in San Diego County for the past 40 years. For the past 20 years he has resided with his family in their home in Lakeside, California.

Michael first became active in politics out of frustration in the early 1990’s after President George Bush and successive Congressional dynasties failed to represent his strong beliefs in limited government, balanced budgets, and strict adherence to the United States Constitution. Mike is a well-known and active Libertarian activist in the San Diego area. During the recent Presidential Campaign of Congressman Dr. Ron Paul, Mr. Benoit organized and led over 1,000 grassroots activists in San Diego County in the effort to elect Paul for President in 2008.

After being laid off from his job in October 2004 as his employer fell into bankruptcy, Mark prayed and asked God for guidance in this uncertain time. He had just finished earning his bachelor’s degree in communication that summer, and didn’t know what career path he should take. He figured he would just get a job as a sales rep or become a broadcast journalist, as he had done some producing and reporting in the past for a small community television station.

He decided to take a few weeks to enjoy some free time before planning his future, since for the last several years he had continuously worked full time while attending college. During this break, his thirst for truth and his curiosity of how the world works led him to discover the sinister plans of powerful secret societies and their effects on the world.

Upon this discovery, he started documenting the web of evil that he had found so that he could share this information with others, so they would not become victims of this unfolding system. He gave a loud voice to The Resistance and an official name to his cause and declared it to the world.

Peter Thottam is a progressive attorney, community activist and organizer, and 2010 CA State Assembly candidate. He was the founder and Executive Director of the Los Angeles National Impeachment Center and has been a longtime activist with the Progressive Democrats, the Sierra Club as well as numerous anti-war and progressive groups.

At Yale University Peter majored in Economics and Ethics, Government & Philosophy. He has a law degree from UC Berkeley, an MBA from UCLA Anderson and has worked for investment bank Goldman Sachs and several of California’s leading law firms.

Janice was outreach coordinator with 911Truth.org until September, 2005 when she became executive director. She is also co-founder of the now-archived 9/11 Visibility Project, and focuses on facilitating activism and encouraging ordinary people to become participants and leaders in their own lives and communities. She has a B.A. from the University of Kansas, half a masters in social welfare and extensive training in direct-entry midwifery. She is a mother of six, a Kansas City native, a radical Christian (as in, follower of Jesus who was truly radical, who called out the religious and political leaders on their lies, loved the “unlovable,” focused on what truly mattered, and was killed for it) and is working hard to create a more self-sufficient/interdependent lifestyle.

I’ve been a practicing Architect for 20 years and have designed numerous fire-proofed steel-framed buildings. Has been a libertarian since grade school and is one of three graduates of Pioneer Christian Academy, a school started and operated by Marshall Fritz (founder of the Advocates for Self-Government and the Alliance for the Separation of School and State). Varrin ran for Congress in 2002 for the LP and has served as chair and vice-chair for the LP of Fresno County.

The Government has sued Bill Benson seeking an injunction prohibiting him from “falsely” telling people the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution was not ratified and therefore they are not required to file an income tax return. The Government contends it is entitled to an injunction because Benson is promoting an abusive tax shelter, conduct made subject to penalty per 26 U.S.C. Section 6700.

In 1894 Congress passed an income tax act very similar to the current income tax law. That law was challenged on the basis that a tax on income is a direct tax, the United States Constitution requires direct taxes to be apportioned, and the act passed by Congress was not apportioned. The United States Supreme Court agreed and held the income tax act was unconstitutional.

Why store food?

This is a complex question and there are many reasons besides earthquakes, hurricanes, floods and drought. We have been blessed to have lived in abundant times. This could change quickly with political and economic upheaval (Global financial collapse???) A terrorist attack, martial law or a trucking strike could clear store shelves in hours. The Mormons and Amish have always advocated food storage as common sense insurance against hard times.

Freedom21 is the manifestation of the belief that American society operates best when it is founded upon these principles:

1. People have inherent, natural, unalienable rights to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness – the foundations of sovereignty.

2. Governments exist expressly to protect these rights.

3. Governments derive power from the consent of the governed, to protect these rights.

Mark Lerner is a previous confidant of the most senior people in the biometrics industry. He supported the use of biometrics until he discovered serious acts of wrongdoing. Mark provided what has been called a “massive”amount of evidence to the federal government regarding the wrongdoing uncovered. A nearly two year federal investigation was conducted without any information being provided to the public or congress. Mark now goes state to state waning citizens and state lawmakers about the dangers of the use of biometrics.

Mark has been to Washington D.C. several times to warn members of congress about the reliance the federal government has on the use of biometrics. Mark is also a co-founder of the Stop Real ID Coalition.

Bob Schulz has an engineering degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1963), and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University (1969). He completed most of the course work for a Ph. D. in Public Administration at the Graduate School of Public Affairs , State University of NY.

Bob has held significant positions in industry (General Electric), in government (Connecticut, New York State, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency), on Wall Street (Prudential-Bache), in business (founder and CEO of a consulting firm), and on the radio as a talk-show host (with WROW in Albany, New York).

Bob received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force in 1959 and he answered his country’s call by volunteering as a ship’s engineer during the sea- lift to Vietnam in 1966.

However, this work and these assignments are not Bob’s principal reason for being.

Although he is not an attorney, he is not unskilled in the law. For the past 22 years Bob has been occupied with an abiding concern about wrongful governmental behavior and has been carefully evaluating governmental behavior, comparing that behavior with the requirements of the State and Federal Constitutions and unhesitatingly confronting improprieties and conflicts, in the courts, professionally, intelligently and rationally. Bob has performed the research, prepared the briefs and argued cases in the highest state and federal courts. At least one hundred fourteen (114) decisions have been rendered in cases he has brought against unconstitutional and illegal governmental behavior, often with other citizen-plaintiffs.

Be assured, Bob is not some legal crank, interested in making a reputation. The things he has been dealing with are painful to him and costly. He has done much of this on his own, but he has received the encouragement and support and participation of a growing number of people in New York State and elsewhere. Michael Lemieux was the first son born to Raymond Lemieux and Lana Robie in a small town called Midwest City, Oklahoma. His family hails from Newmarket New Hampshire along the shores of the Lamprey River just outside Portsmouth. Michael was one of seven children raised in a military family that moved around the world, and lived as a child in New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, Delaware, and Spain.
At 17 he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served a tour in South Korea, rising quickly through the enlisted ranks and even served as an enlisted aide to then Major General Hank “the Gunfighter” Emerson who instilled the spark of patriotism. As the enlisted aide for General Emerson he had the opportunity to drive President Gerald Ford during his visit there in 1974.

In 1980, having not yet seen enough of the world, he changed services to the U.S. Navy. As a sailor he traveled to many nations of the world participating in humanitarian missions that included the Philippines, Australia, Mauritius, Mogadishu Somalia in Africa, Karachi Pakistan, Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean, and Scotland.

His military travels have allowed him to live in places in Europe such as Spain, Scotland, Germany, and Italy. He also served combat tours in Kuwait and Afghanistan.

Mr. Lemieux was medically retired from the National Guard due to injuries received in Afghanistan for which he was awarded the Purple Heart.

The last eight years of his National Guard career was as a paratrooper; working tactical military intelligence for the 19TH Special Forces group. He has written numerous intelligence reports and briefings and has presented his findings at all levels of the DOD from General Officers to Special Operations mission briefs.

He currently lives in Bellevue Nebraska with his wife Robin, eldest son Spencer, their daughter Latricia, and granddaughter Madison. His youngest son now resides in Utah.

He currently works as an intelligence defense contractor to the U.S. Government which gives him unique insight into the operations of the government.

He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Weber State University and is an avid researcher of constitutional law and history.

Brian Peskin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) in 1979. He received an appointment as an Adjunct Professor at Texas Southern University in the Department of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (1998-1999). The former president of the University said of Brian’s discoveries: “…His nutritional discoveries and practical applications through Life-Systems Engineering are unprecedented.”

Edwin Vieira, Jr., holds four degrees from Harvard: A.B. (Harvard College), A.M. and Ph.D. (Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences), and J.D. (Harvard Law School).

For more than thirty years he has practiced law, with emphasis on constitutional issues. He is also one of our country’s most eminent constitutional attorneys, having brought four cases that were accepted by the supreme Court and having won three of them. In the supreme Court of the United States he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson, and Communications Workers of America v. Beck, which established constitutional and statutory limitations on the uses to which labor unions, in both the private and the public sectors, may apply fees extracted from nonunion workers as a condition of their employment.

He is the world’s most foremost authority about the role of our Constitution as it relates to money and has written numerous monographs and articles in scholarly journals, and lectured throughout the county. Larry Pratt was born in Camden, New Jersey on November 13, 1942. His father was an electrical engineer. Several years after graduating from American University with a degree in political science, Pratt founded Gun Owners of America.

Pratt was elected to the state legislature of Virginia, as a Republican member of the 1981 session of the Virginia House of Delegates, elected from the 19th District in Fairfax County. He was also a Reagan delegate to the 1980 Republican National Convention.

In the 1996 U.S. presidential election, Pratt served as a co-chairman of Pat Buchanan’s campaign. In February 1996, the liberal Center for Public Integrity issued a report that claimed Pratt spoke at meetings organized by white supremacist and militia leaders. Pratt denied any tie to racism, calling the report a smear aimed at hurting Buchanan before the New Hampshire primary election. However, Pratt was forced to resign his position with the Buchanan campaign.

Pratt also addressed delegates at the 1996 national convention of the U.S. Taxpayers Party/Constitution Party.
