FEMA Camps are such a hot topic in the news and internet forums these days. Concerned citizens all over the country have documented home videos and feeds pilfered from other websites on video file sharing forums all over the internet. There are many that fear the existence of FEMA Camps, coupled with vague descriptions and unexplained intentions at the federal level of government, paint a very dismal picture of the future in America.
What are these things and who are they intended for? Let’s skip all the beautification efforts tossed at us by federal government agencies such as DHS and FEMA itself. They often describe these institutes as “Residential Relocation Centers,” or “Civilian Resettlement Centers.” They duck around questions requesting information on who has the authority to use them and for what purpose. It is part of the brainwashing campaign we have all become more accustomed to. Where can we find useful, documented evidence describing the true intentions behind the construction of these FEMA Camp establishments? By taking a look at FM 3-39.40, a link to download this document can be found at http://publicintelligence.net/restricted-u-s-army-internment-and-resettlement-operations-manual/
“Field manual (FM) 3-39.40 is aligned with FM 3-39, the military police keystone FM. FM 3-39.40 provides guidance for commanders and staffs on internment and resettlement (I/R) operations. This manual addresses I/R operations across the spectrum of conflict, specifically the doctrinal paradigm shift from traditional enemy prisoner of war (EPW) operations to the broader and more inclusive requirements of detainee operations.”
This is the Preface for the existence of I/R (Interment/Resettlement) facilities a.k.a. FEMA Camps. It makes no bones about the shift of focus from foreign enemy combatants to detainees. Who would these detainees be if not foreign enemies? FEMA Camps for discontented US citizens seems to be the theme here.
“It describes the doctrinal foundation, principles, and processes that military police and other elements will employ when dealing with I/R populations. As part of internment, these populations include U.S. military prisoners, and multiple categories of detainees (civilian internees [CIs], retained personnel [RP], and enemy combatants), while resettlement operations are focused on multiple categories of dislocated civilians (DCs).”
That is found in the 2nd paragraph of the Field Manual. Civilian internees, retained personnel, enemy combatants and multiple categories of dislocated civilians all find room to share a shelter at a FEMA Camp under this document. Since the first paragraph details a shift from enemy POW’s, the case can be made that the enemy combatants listed in the 2nd paragraph must be of a domestic nature (those with opposing views of federal government perhaps). But surely this being a Field Manual for the U.S. Army it applies to I/R facilities abroad not here on American soil…right?
“2-39. Civil support is the DOD support to U.S. civil authorities for domestic emergencies, and for designated law enforcement and other activities. (JP 3-28) Civil support includes operations that address the consequences of natural or man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.”
Does this mean that are own sons and daughters serving in one of the Armed Forces is going to come round us up and cart us off to an I/R establishment in the near future? Surely the same troops we support are not going to be the ones going door to door under the direction of a federal agency to detain civilian citizens and transport them to FEMA Camps, they wouldn’t stand for it would they? The truth is; they don’t have to. The federal government has already considered the possibility that current enlistees would join the ranks of those revolting against interment in a FEMA Camp and has taken the necessary steps to eliminate that aspect from the equation. Watch the video below and download the document for yourself. In my opinion it couldn’t be clearer if they simply said; “We are going to do away with democracy and the Republic, implement the “world we want” theme of Agenda 21 and those that rebel will be dealt with accordingly.” FEMA Camps are for real. If/when they are opened for business remains to be seen. Civil unrest appears to be on the cusp in this country. We may become more familiar with FEMA Camps quicker than we would like, especially if we continue to roll over and let them scratch our bellies.
