    To Restore the Republic we need to re-run Black History. Joe Louis, the American Patriot, needs to have an complete investigation so he may get his good name back. He was omitted today during the Historical inaugural event. Joe Louis and Nat King Cole were my Black Hero’s. Can you do stories on them after governmental investigation?

    I had not read issue #5 before, but I’m glad that I did. This issue contains some of the most absurd conspiracy theories (long ago disproven)that I have ever read, and I am not one to dismiess conspiracy theories out of hand. The stuff on Freemasons makes absolutely no sense whatsoever; it also comes to no point. Resurrection equals res-ERECTION???? COME ON! Masonry was a secret soceity not intended to protect occult ideas but to protect knowledge of architecture and masonry! That’s why it’s symbols are the Square and the !

    I also didn’t realize that Republic magazine had a Christian agenda! I thought it was about the FED and monetary principles. But the whole re-jection of “universalism”–which you profess is the idea that one only need be a good person, and not to have to believe in a specific religion, to get to “heaven.” This is exactly what I “believe;” except I don’t pretend to “know” whether there’s life after death or not. The whole idea that someone would go to Hell simply because they believe in a different religion other than Christianity is absurd. Also, anyone who has studied religion knows that Christianity is actually a mix of several different religions. When the Roman Empire switched to Christianity they simply substituted Christian stories for the older pagan names; for instance, December 25th is actually a day in celebration of the god Mithra. No where in the Bible is this date mentioned.

    Also, have you ever considered that the words, in Latin, on the dollar, “New World Order” just might refer to the fact that America was called “the new World” and we attempted to establish a new kind of “Order” here–a democratic Republic? And that is the reason for the words New World Order, whether or not people like David Rockefeler and the inner circle of the C.F.R. have a different meaning in mind?

    By getting into all this ridiculous stuff about Freemasonry and the Illuminati, you not only obscure what should be your true message–economic awareness, you also discredit that message. By taking a stance on religion, you further obscure your message, and alienate people such as myself who consider religion in all its forms to be a destructive force. “Unversalism” as defined in your magazine is like the messgae given in the song “Imagine” by John Lennon: it expresses tolerance, and the understanding that ALL religions were created by man as a way of trying to explain the world, and as a tool to keep people in line.

    Also, the idea that Republicans have been pushing for “socialism” is absolutely insane. They’ve been trying to destroy what FDR did with the New Deal for a long time! Imagine if they had privitized Social Security? It would be in the same shape everything else is in. The Republicans only embrace corporate welfare when their schemes got them in trouble. Moreover, I think our country would benefit greatly from maintaining our social programs, and instead cut money from the extremely over-bloated “Defense” Dept. It should be called the “Offense Dept.” Certain things should be guaranteed by the government, and the commonwealth should include healthcare. America is the exception, with its privitized healthcare that shuts out millions, and costs more than the socialized programs such as in France, which is rated #1 in healthcare by the WHO. I agree that we are trapped by a two party system, but the true corruption lies in CORPORATE PERSONHOOD. Giving corporations the powers and protections of an individual, while retaining near limitless wealth and political influence, but with loyalty to no country, or allegiance to anything except profit, despite the fact that the pursuit of that wealth often poisons the people and the land, is what has undermined our democratic Republic and given us instead a form of corporatism.

    These are the real and serious issues, and the things on which you should concentrate. If you want to read truly revealing books on the whole concept of conspiracies, and the Illuminati in particular, check out author Robert Anton Wilson, and read “The Cosmic Trigger,” and “Prometheus Rising.” Wilson explains how our minds look for meaning, and, according to our beliefs, gathers evidence to support these beliefs while at the same time shutting out any contradictory information. It’s a fascinating book. And this is not to say that there are real conspiracies, because there are; there are also a lot of “red herrings”(sic?) and disinformation. It is enough to try to get to the bottom of the FED, and understand its true nature. Do not wander into every conspiracy theory out there…truly, the whole thing about Freemasonry was embarassing. Anyone who has researched this knows it’s just a bunch of assumption and ridiculous ideas–like res-ERECTION! Don’t forget that Christanity is about ressurection, also. The world is full of mystery, and there’s plenty of it in science; in fact, science has become far stranger than any fiction. Also, while Lucifer is known as “the morning star” and the “bringer of light” in some texts, he is also known as the “Prince of Darkness.” This why it’s best to stick to science, and economics, and not wander into this world of religion, the occult, and superstition.

    Thank you, thank you , thank you. I have tried to get this mag almost since it was out. I didn’t have a subscription then and was buyint the mag from you in bulk when finances allowed. I was also picking up copies from a patriot in CA on ebay. I was late and didn’t get this mag and no one else had it for sale on any sites. Thanks to Ron at one dollar dvd project who sent me a copy when I ordered from him. I’m ordering 50 copies to send to friends and family and to offer on ebay at for basically free to get the word out to everyone interested. Thanks again. I think we can get people to join us because I get lots of feedback on ebay thanking me for offering this information. I would like to see us all set our sights on a common plan for the future of our children and grandchildren. Too bad Ron Paul is in advanced years and probably can’t run again. Hope someone is ready to stepup to the plate.

    Latest and greatest break of the Constitution. Hillary Clinton being Secretary of State… The Constitution states that no person shall inherit for 10 years an office of which they voted to raise the salary. In 2002 Hillary voted to increase the salary of the Secretary of State. Constitutionally, she should not be able to hold that position until 2012.

    the amount of brainwashing is so massive that when I tell people they even changed all the English language dictionaries, they laugh at me, but it’s true, find a dictionary from before 1900′s and I will prove it to you!

    Oops sorry I forgot to mention that yes this Webster dictionary they shoved in our throats since the early 1900′s is fake and is made and promoted by “them”. The roots of many words have been replaced from their true source to either roman or greek.
    why? I dont know? may be they have a complex and want to be like romans and take over the whole world? this deals with small psychological effect that add up on the people! That is why people are not willing to accept the truth, they’ve been bombarded with these rather “small” things all their lives!

    All I can say is if you hear something you think as strange, please go examine it.

    Message to Alan H Veil, your message about corporate welfare and corporatism is right on the mark. But don’t write off the beliefs of the people regarding the illuminati and some of the other “beliefs” regarding the CFR, Carlisle Group etc. I’m NOT a RELIGIOUS person, but I do believe in God and Satan. There is a very private place just north of San Francisco where a lot of weird stuff goes on. I don’t remember the name of the place, but, I have heard from reliable sources that many of the “power brokers” go there to have “fun”. Their idea of “fun” is Satanic rituals including mock virgin offerings on an altar. No matter how you look at this, it IS SATANIC! Let’s face it, whether it is called “Corporatism”, “Fascism” or “Corporate Welfare”, the bottom line is the same. It is evil and enslaves the public. Anyone with half a mind knows the IRS is a scam, the US Government is the puppet of “Corporatism” and our political leaders are all political prostitutes. Whether “Free Masonry” or Illuminati exists or is evil is a person’s personal belief. As far as health care is concerned, (that is my area of expertise) there are too many powerful interests that want to keep it “privatized” for their own benefit. If this country was run in the interest of the public, then we could have the cake and eat it too. We could eliminate the IRS and income tax and STILL have a excellent public health care system. People wouldn’t have to pay extremely high insurance premiums for BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD or whatever insurance they have. I agree “THE NEW REPUBLIC” should write on a higher intellectual plane and still deliver the message of our corrupt government and corporate system, but then 90% of the public wouldn’t understand it. Our public has been “dumbed down” by the corporate press and public schools. “It has become a sarcastic proverb that a thing must be true if you saw it in a newspaper. That is the opinion of intelligent people have of that lying vehicle (a newspaper) in a nutshell.     I am ordering this issue because I missed it when it came out and couldn’t get a copy. I would suggest a wonderful book about the Income Tax called: Cracking the Code: The Fascinating Truth About Taxation in America by Peter Eric Hendrickson. It explains that the Income Tax is perfectly legal and why most Americans DO NOT have \taxable income\. It also explains why most people loose in court no matter how much money they have to fight the IRS. Take Wesley Snipes for instance. Peter explains how and why everyone needs to file a return to protect themselves. If you are one of the many people who do not have taxable income you will get back EVERYTHING withheld including all Social Security, Medicare. The IRS has taken Peter to court 3 times for promoting an \abusive tax shelter\ and he has successfully beat them all 3 times. His is currently in court again being sued for \not really believing the returns he has filed\. This book should be read by everyone. His website, http://www.losthorizons.com, has tons of information about everything I have said and more. There are many pages of success stories, with photocopies of what people did to retain all of their earnings. The ammounts retained by people have been as little as $1.00 to over $6,000,000.00. There have been fines, leins and levies all dismissed. Enough rambling from me. Get the book, read it, then verify it by actually looking up what he claims. If you don’t look for yourself then you don’t really know do you?

    I too was disappointed with the article on Freemasons. I was raised a Master Mason in 1949, and became a 32 degree Mason in the Scottish Rite. In all my years as a Mason, I have never heard of the conspiracies mentioned in the article. The Masons are a fraternal organization that takes Good Men and makes them Better Men. Many of the men who fought for the independence of this great country and were the framers of the Constitution were Masons. All good men. Did they have a secret agenda? I don’t think so. They were interested in Freedom and perfected a way of life for all of us. Thank God for the Patriotic Masons.

    In response to Sheilak, Ron Paul may be up in years but his thoughts will continue with Chuck Baldwin, the Constitution Party candidate for President in 2008. Ron Paul endorsed Chuck prior to the election, but unfortunately the main stream media was so enfatuated with the obamamation that the word did not get out in sufficient strength to really make a difference. I hope that Chuck will be ready, and we will be also, for 2012. If you have not read the Platform of the various parties, you should. The only Platform that is compatible to what conservatives believe in is the Constitution Party. Go to their website and become enlightened.

    Hmm? I thought this area was to comment on the “Special Edition #5 Reprint – The Federal Income Tax Scam” but it seems Mr. Veil is, as it were, “the pot calling the kettle black”, in using this as a forum to promulgate his opinion on something totally unrelated. While I agree with some of his points I don’t agree with his conclusions but since he brought it up I would like to offer this response for Mr. Veil’s consideration:

    Since you seem to put a great deal of stock in “science”, much of what is called science is not science but rather, it is religion. For example: it takes a great deal more “faith” to believe that we evolved from a rock than it does to believe that we were created. (organic material has never, ever been shown to or has been found to have come from inorganic matter, ever) Evolution is called science when in fact there is no real evidence to support such a far out ridiculous theory and Creationism is called religion when there is, in fact, a great deal of evidence for it’s support. Creation Theory, if you want to call it that, is superior in both logic and reason and with respect of the “evidence”. It’s really not about the “gathering of evidence” to support our own biases or to try to explain our own personal “WHY?”, it’s really about the acceptance or rejection of the evidence that is clearly there and available.

    The Law of Non-Contradiction prevents two opposing conclusions from both being true. Either one is true and one is false or they are both false and there is a third choice.

    John Lenon’s “Imagine” “…nothing to live or die for…” Hmm? Is that really your idea of a Utopia? Let’s all just do the “Zombie”

    By the way, Christianity was around a long time before Constanine’s paganized version and it was not “created by men” but was the result of actual documented events of which God was the author and we know this because it is statistically impossible that men could have manipulated events prophesied hundreds and thousand of years previous to those events haven taken place and with the precision that those events took place in the fulfilling of those prophesies. Of course the skeptics would argue that the prophesies were written after the fact but that totally flies in the face of the overwhelming evidence to the contrary. There is no lack of “real” evidence, it really comes down to this: What evidence are you willing to accept and what evidence are you willing to reject to fulfill you own personal agenda.

    There is a great deal more that could be said of course concerning the other issues Mr. Veil speaks to but I’ve already abused this comment area too much. Come on Mr. Veil, Masonry is about “…knowledge of architecture and masonry!” That’s why every man who joins is vocationally a Mason right?!!! :-) “Give me the Secret!”

There are some very interesting facts that are not taught in any school. The people are do not know the Federal Reserve is a front for the international bankers.

    Your thoughts and opinions are unique, and based on some solid, but also some questionable principles. If you are ever so inclined, please further your research into the ancient religions. You may be very surprised with what you find. The references to the Phallus of Osiris a.k.a “obelisks” are not entirely inaccurate. And it is the conclusion of my own research and that of many others that FreeMasons (or in ancient Egypt Phre-mas; Phre translates as “sun” and Mas as “child” i.e. children or sons of light or “illumination”) have been in existence in one form or another since very early in human history, and have been the writers of that history, thus the intentional confusion of paganism and Christianity. Christianity became the mortal enemy of the FreeMasons because of their fundamental disagreement on who God is and how we may come closer to Him. Mithra was one of many allegories for sun worship, which is what the mystery schools succeeded in converting Christianity, as practiced by the Catholic church, into. But that you can find out on your own. My point is that whether YOU “believe” in something or not is immaterial. They believe it, and they have been acting to bring about this one world order, or totalitarian socialist utopia that they call the New World Order, or any other name they choose, for thousands of years. It may not be about religion to you or me, but it is ALL about religion to them. Not merely economics and politics. These are just their tools for entertaining and enslaving the masses and keeping them in the dark.
    Of course it was very convenient that the old mystery religions found in the masonic labor union very useful symbols with which to pass on their secret and VERY occult teachings. And also convenient to them was coining the term New World. Further research will “illumine” you as to why it was so named. Also keep in mind that Mr. Lennon proposes in “Imagine” that we should have no possessions…no private property, my friend! Sounds like communism to me, but what do I know.
    You are very correct on your point that all religions were and are created to control the masses. That is why it is very important to understand them thoroughly, because people will fight and die for them; and also to understand that every man has the inalienable right to worship whichever Deity he pleases, or not to worship at all, without fear of persecution.
    One must also realize that freedom of the press belongs to those who own the press, and they may promote any agenda they see fit, just as those who own mainstream outlets do currently. That’s why more of us should own presses, so we can truly be an information nation, instead of a nation manipulated by what we are spoon-fed.
    You are also somewhat correct in identifying the corruption of our political system, however it must be noted that all the candidates come from the same source of specifically groomed people(CFR members) chosen by the elite. Notice that only the personnel changes periodically, not the nonsense. And it is the elite that are quietly directing the policies toward a, shall we say, less than republican form of government. And I’m sure you are aware of the quotes by presidents themselves acknowledging this fact.
    It may interest you to speak with citizens of countries utilizing public health care systems. They generally do not speak so highly of it as the W.H.O. would have you believe. It is comparable to the way the U.N. praised it’s own sanctions in countries like Iraq(after the invasion of Kuwait), while overlooking the fact that the sanctions they were praising were the cause of many of the nations increase in problems. We must take on the responsibility of making the important connections ourselves. Just because the U.N., or W.H.O., or congress, or parliament, or media says something is good doesn’t mean that it truly is. We the people must decide that by being as thoroughly informed as we possibly can, and from there decide whether we want organisations that bear falsehoods to continue to make decisions on our behalf. I hope this provides food for thought, and motivation for further research into these topics.

    Jesus Christ is not a religion. He is a person and His followers are about a relationship with Him. He assentually did away with religion and programed an organicly growing community under His authority. He is the Light of the world and the Resurection for those who put there trust in Him.
    This particular group is reffered to as the olive tree and the ongoing group into religion is reffered to as the fig tree. He coursed the fig tree [religion] and said hence forth it shall bear no fruit for ever.
    The olive tree is about Christ in man the hope of glory. Not religion in man the hope of rewardes. Christ in man is visited by the Person of The Holy Spirit.
    Religion today is a false light and terrable controller of our liberties,a path to hell.

    I just wanted to mirror most of what you said in your post.
    It is unfortunate that Republic Mag apparently needs to mix the wacky with the sane. It is embarrassing and I think destructive to the mission of getting the truth out about money and taxes…which in my opinion is the root of so many of the other issues with government.
    Fix the dishonesty money system and you will fix so many other things.

    With regard to what the republic mag is trying to do I’m all in favor. I will say this, I am Christian but agree largely with what Alan H Veil has said with regards to issue #11. However, he is wrong about socialism. Whether or not it is their intention, national politicians on both sides can’t help themselves and keep pushing more ridiculous socialist policies. Regardless of what any world body may say, the USA has the best health care in the world. It is illogical to believe that it won’t worsen were it made free to all. I contend that it is the politicians unwillingness to expel or keep out illegals combined with greedy snake lawyers suing at every turn that has driven up the cost of health care. Not to mention the HORRIBLE job of our corrupt FDA! When we drag the free masons, the Illuminati, the CFR, etc, etc, we cloud what is really at issue and alienate many people that would join us or come to our support. Are some people from the above groups intent on a one world government with themselves somewhere toward the top? Sure!

    Stop the nonsense. Where the problem lies is with the IMF and the World Banks. This is where any conspiracy capable of bringing about a one world government or a dissolution of our sovereignty is/will come from.

    The FED and it’s web of international banking is the very thing destroying Freedom and Liberty. Those with the control of the worlds finances (regardless of any connection to some spooooooky group) is who or what we need to fight.

    I implore all those who truly desire a country as our fore fathers intended and is written in the constitution, to fight this financial blundering behemoth and not pay any attention to the convoluted ramblings of occult conspiracy theorists.

    Those leading our fight would be well served to shun those touting bizarre twisted conspiracies involving nearly every misunderstood group.

As regards issue #5 on the federal income tax, one must learn and always KEEP IN MIND that it is merely an EXCISE tax on federally-PRIVILEGED activity(s), with the income (usually but not necessarily MONEY-income) associated therewith and derived therefrom being used as a **measure** of how much gain was obtained from such activity(s) in order to ASSESS (i.e., **determine the *amount* of**) (EXCISE) tax to be applied. That’s it, folks, in a nutshell. (And, yes, as the Grace Commission Report explicitly documented over 20 yrs ago, every smidgen bit of the money gathered by the feds as “income tax”, goes to pay the “national debt” [i.e., interest] to the FED.) While no doubt some of the stuff in issue #5 is worthwhile, to the extent that it really doesn’t get the truth about the income tax scam right, and doesn’t include, say, a detailed interview with Hendrickson, it is (no matter how well-intentioned) just more misinformation, which is just as bad as disinformation!

    And, yeah, as Mr. Veil implied, the magazine really (REALLY!) needs to cut the fundamentalist Christian stuff OUT. Just stick to the FACTS about the FED, the income EXCISE tax, the global totalitarian agenda of the (global, transnational) corporate/bankster power elite.     I think we do need to “wander into this world of religion, the occult, and superstition.” Because thats what we are up against. If you have a Bible check out Ephesians 6:12. It says,

    “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

    I’m pretty sure that means that we are stuck in a spiritual war here that has been going on ever since the beginning of time when Lucifer got booted out of heaven and has been wandering the Earth with his third of the host of heaven with him deceiving the nations and starting the secret societies with men that were lead away from the truth. I’ve read a lot about the Masons and the Illuminati and I totally believe that they have been greatly responsible for what our country has turned out to be even to this day. So as I said, we do need to keep the spiritual world in mind here….

    George Washington appointed himself President of the United States by taking the oath of Office of President of the United States. In that oath Washington promised to “preserve, protect and defend” the Constitution of the United States. George Washington presided over the Constitutional Convention, so we can be sure that he knew “preserve, protect and defend” does not mean “to support.” The Article VI oath “to support this Constitution” means to adopt “this Constitution,” and no President of the United States or member of Congress has ever taken an oath “to support this Constitution.” An unconstitutional Constitution is a constitution that is not “this Constitution.”

    The Constitution of the United States is an inventory of the territory and other property belonging to the United States of America. The Constitution of the United States is simply an unconstitutional Constitution, because it is not “this Constitution.”

    Your ability to read is all that will survive a year after you end your formal education. Unless you have been trained to be a mathematician, scientist or engineer, how you think will depend on what you see and what you listen to. George Washington made it impossible for most people to see the Office of President, Office of President of the United States and President of the United States of America as three different Offices. All education in America perpetuates the melding of the Presidents into one man and as a consequence written law has been perverted into what the judiciary says it is.

    Because you have learned to read the way government wants you to read, the folklore of the Constitution persists as written slogans. The phrase: “the supreme Law of the Land” is repeated everywhere until the Constitution is believed to be the law above all law everywhere. The Constitution, as black letter law, is the supreme law for government and the land government can govern but it isn’t law for people and the land they own. The Constitution binds the States of the Union, but it isn’t the law for the President of the United States and the Congress, because not one person in government has ever sworn an oath “to support this Constitution,” as required in Article VI of the Constitution.

    Written law must be reserved for the exclusive use of government, so it is written with substantial limitations as to persons and most important—territory. Government makes written laws for those who consent to be governed. The government secret? You don’t have to consent to be governed. You can govern yourself—you can preside over your own life and be your own President.

    Reading in black and white and being told what you have read is over. The Constitution is about to get a color makeover and you are going to apply the colors.

    You are, now, going to learn how to read and understand the correct and original intent of the Constitution by the application of a little living color. The most important fact you will learn about the Constitution is that it is not about you nor is it about any place where you will likely live.

    The Constitution adds some embellishments to two existing governments: First, a government for the Land of the inhabitants and settlers of the Northwest Territory and any future federal territory and Second, an expansion of the government of the States under the Articles of Confederation.

    What are the United States the President of the United States is President of? When the Conventions of nine States established the written Constitution, it bound the States ratifying to the Constitution, but it would take an oath to bind the Officers. George Washington and his cohorts found a way to avoid that obligation.

    The government of the federal territory has been underway as a property management system. This is the President of the United States’ Administration. He is administering the territory and other property belonging to the United States of America. He is charged with oversight duties involving the Bills enacted by Congress so we know that both the President of the United States and the Congress of the United States are involved in the administration of the territory and other assets belong to the United States of America. The President of the United States is an appointive Officer who serves at the pleasure of the Congress of the United States. The person who holds the Office of President appoints the President of the United States.

    The Confederacy of the United States of America was initiated in 1777 and fully ratified on March 1, 1781, when Maryland became the thirteenth State of that Union.

    Neither government should be capable of governing a person like you, who is neither an inhabitant or settler on federal territory nor are you a State of the “more perfect Union.” Millions have volunteered to be governed as inhabitants and settlers in federal territory though they lived elsewhere.

    Through the miracle of public education and media propaganda the Constitution has been contorted and contrived as the salvation of freedom here and abroad. That fraud has gone on too long. Internet access will allow you check and re-check every important detail of the coup d’ etat of American government by a few rich white men led by George Washington. You will re-create the blueprint for that government made in secret 220 years ago and you will make it your own by coloring it according to the colors you pick. You can pick your first three colors by coloring these words: Legislative, Executive and Judicial any color of your choice. We will call these colors: The Myth of The Separation of Powers Palette.

    Before you dismiss the Constitutional Coloring Book as childish, understand that within a few minutes we will prove the President of the United States to be a legislative Officer and the Chief Justice to be a non-judicial Officer. As the first President, George Washington chose himself to be President of the United States, by taking the oath in Article II Section 1 Clause 8.     You can use anything you want to color your Constitution; you can even use your computer. You just want to make sure you can always see the words of the Constitution through the colors you picked. Once you learn to color “this Constitution” yours, you will never be tricked by government again, and you will always be free.

    We begin with the Preamble to this Constitution:

    We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

    Be vigilant, the Constitution was written in secret by lawyers. Whenever lawyers get together someone loses something. Whenever a lot of lawyers meet in secret a lot of people are going to be losers. On September 17, 1787 the date the Constitution was submitted to the States, for approval by at least nine State Convention, the only “United States” were the ones that had been joined together to form the Confederacy known as the United States of America and the States of the Northwest Territory.

    The “People of the United States” were in the beginning America’s politicians and would include only those eligible to vote. This is not an auspicious beginning for a government of a free people, but as you will learn it was not meant to be a transparent government and has never become one. Real people have been rightly suspicious of the Congress of the United States from the beginning. Coloring the Constitution will reveal its contradictions only knowledge of all the Organic Laws of the United States of America will explain them. The Organic Laws that precede the Constitution of September 17, 1787 are: the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation and the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787.

    The President of the United States will be shown to be a legislative and administrative Officer for the Congress of the United States and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, who must preside at the impeachment of the President of the United States will be shown to be without judicial power. The President of the United States is to be the executive officer of a place where Congress will rule by the exclusive power of legislation. The United States is a place where the President of the United States secretly serves at the pleasure of the Congress of the United States, because there is no set term of office for him. Residence in the executive mansion, the White House, serves a limitation on the term of the President of the United States. When a new President Elect takes the oath of Office to be President of the United States and chief administrator for Congress he pushes the old President of the United States out of the White House.

    The phrase “We the People of the United States” will be known for the company it keeps. It tells the exact truth and the unwary are drawn into its magical spell of being everything and almost nothing. At one time the United States was everything the thirteen original States were not. The Constitution created the House of Representatives, so that the people of the original thirteen States could elect Representatives who would make laws for places like the Northwest Territory. The people of the United States in the Northwest Territory could also vote for Representatives, who could debate in Congress but not vote.

    “We the People” is the subject of the sentence called the Preamble, which serves as an introduction and title. The “W” in “We” is capitalized because it begins the sentence. The “P” in “People” is capitalized to show that these “People of the United States” are not the “one People” of the Declaration of Independence, who are unique because they had been relieved of any Political Bands which have connected them with another.” “The People of the United States” once were of the “one People” who were unconnected to the British Crown and were then politically re-connected to the Articles of Confederation and the confederacy known as the United States of America. Such a connection could not be made by ordinary people, as the United States of America was a confederacy of independent State governments.

    The “People of the United States” are the few special people organized in an effort “to form a more perfect Union” consisting of the first 13 political States and the Northwest Territory divided into Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and a part of Minnesota, destined to become States of the Confederacy some time in the future. The “People of the United States” are the people politically connected to the new Union and are identified as Citizens of the United States in “this Constitution.”

    Every time special middle of a sentence capitalization is used in the Constitution it signifies a special use of the word capitalized. We will use this same kind of capitalization in the Constitution Coloring Book for all the important words taken from the engrossed Constitution for the United States of America.

    We will also note the absence of capitalization of the word “people” in the Bill of Rights to further your understanding of the Preamble “People” as Citizens, electors, aspirants for public Office and actual Office holders. Color the “People of the United States,” Citizens, Electors and Office holders the same color. The people of the states are the inhabitants of the Articles of Confederation and Constitution. Color the people and inhabitants free of government. Color them the same color.

    The non-political people of the states, the inhabitants of the Articles of Confederation, were aware that Congress had power to make laws and taxation for the People of the Northwest Territory, because the territorial government had no authority to tax. Article IV of the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787 states that the inhabitants and settlers of the Northwest Territory shall be subject to pay part of the federal debt and a proportional part of the expenses of government. The inhabitants of the states of the Confederacy feared the Federalists would take control of the federal government and assert power over the states. They wanted to be certain Congress would not try to make laws for them, so they demanded a Bill of Rights. What the people got were rights that could only be asserted outside of federal territory. The people had underestimated Congress and its legislative accomplices, the President of the United States and Chief Justices appointed by him. Within a short time, Congress would enact excise taxes on carriages and distilled alcohol. Congress had no authority to tax outside federal territory. The tax on carriages made no reference any geographical territory. The excise tax on the distillation of alcohol only applied within the United States.

    Though not officially part of the Constitution, the Preamble is very important because it explains that this Constitution is for the United States of America. The phrase, “We the People of the United States” identifies those persons in the States and Northwest Territory who are to participate in the government created by the Constitution. Before the 14th and 15th Amendments only Electors could vote these were the Citizens of the States. The “United States” was the name of the new Union of federal territory and the original thirteen States of the Confederacy. Citizens in federal territory could vote, but they could not elect Representatives who could vote in Congress.

    The Northwest Ordinance of 1787 is part of the Organic Law of the United States of America. That Ordinance established the power of the United States in Congress assembled to make laws and impose taxation within federal territory like the Northwest Territory. The special People of the Preamble are the People of the States who are going to participate in the establishment of a government for the Northwest Territory by voting for the ratification of the Constitution for the United States of America. The People of the Northwest Territory who are to be governed by a territorial government and the Congress of the United States are also part of “We the People.”

    The most important secret kept hidden in “legislative Powers herein granted” can only be applied within the United States, which is all the territory like the Northwest Territory. The People of the federal territory had rights based upon a compact made with the original thirteen States of the Articles of Confederation. Those rights were contained in the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787:
    It is hereby ordained and declared by the authority aforesaid, That the following articles shall be considered as articles of compact between the original States and the people and States in the said territory and forever remain unalterable, unless by common consent, to wit:

    There followed 6 Articles listing the rights of the People of the United States in the Northwest Territory. Those rights ranged from religious freedom, the abolition of slavery and most important that at least three States were to be formed from the Northwest Territory. All the rights and the promises of Statehood were the subject of the compact made between the States of the United States of America and the People of the United States in the Northwest Territory. As admission into the Confederacy known as the United States of America, was the subject of the compact within the Northwest Ordinance, the Constitution for the United States of America was to prohibit entry into any other Confederation. The Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787 made the entire Territory part of the Confederacy.

    Go to Article I Section 10 and Article VI and color the word: “Confederation,” a color that will denote the Union of federal States. The Articles of Confederation created the United States of America, so claims that the Articles have been repealed or replaced are totally in error. Article I Section 10 prohibits the territorial Union States from entering into any new Confederation. When the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787 was enacted the States that were to be formed from that territory were made part of the Confederacy. Admission of a territorial State was not an automatic admission into the Confederacy. A new State was admitted into the Confederacy when its State Legislature selected two Senators and those Senators were accepted by the Senate. The new Union is called the “United States,” but there is no permanent power or authority in that name. Every House of Representatives lasts only two years, while the Senate is in continual session under the Articles of Confederation.

    The People of the Preamble are different from the “people” of the Bill of Rights. The people of the Bill of Rights are the people of the original thirteen states. These people had unalienable rights, everything sought by the People of the Preamble, but they thought they needed the protection of the Bill of Rights. The first ten amendments to the Constitution were supposed to keep Congress from making laws for the people. That has not happened, so The Constitutional Coloring Book was created to teach the secrets of the Constitution. The Congress of the United States makes laws for the Government of the United States and the federal territory and pretends that those laws apply outside the government and federal territory.

    Color the “We the People of the United States” in the earth color of your choice to help you remember that the “People” come from the federal territory known as “United States” that is part of America. The earth colored “United States” is not the political “United States.” Confusing the two will keep you from understanding the “Constitution for the United States of America” and the “Constitution of the United States.” It is the People of the political United States that form the State Conventions that ratify the Constitution. Go to Article II Section 1 Clause 7 and color “the Constitution of the United States,” the same earth color as “We the People of the United States.”

    Color “this Constitution for the United States of America” blue to represent the “United States” as a political thought. “This Constitution for the United States of America” is the one you will be coloring. “This Constitution” was created in secret, so that the government could tell the people what the Constitution meant. We will have to color it, so we can get it back to how it started its existence. Color “this Constitution” blue and the other Constitution of the United States an earth color, so you will remember that “the Constitution of the United States” is not “this Constitution.”

    The “United States” and the “United States of America” have different meanings, as you will discover, by coloring “this Constitution for the United States of America.” You may use any color you like to represent the non-material United States, but you can’t use that color for anything else. As you color the words in the Constitution, you will be able to color the “United States” every time it appears.

    Article I

    All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives.

    COLOR THE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF JUSTICE IN A LEGISLATIVE HUE

    The names given to the Offices found in the Constitution are only labels. These are the Presidents of Article I in order of their appearance:

    1. Vice President of the United States
    2. President of the Senate
    3. President Pro Tempore
    4. President of the United States

    It is appropriate that these Presidents appear in Article I of this Constitution for the United States of America. Article I begins, “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” The Constitution requires that every Bill passed by Congress be presented to the President of the United States for his approval or return together with his objections. The Constitution specifically names the President of the United States and not the President of the United States of America or the President as the Officer who has the power to approve or to demand reconsideration in accordance with his objections. Color the President of the United States and the Office of the President of the United States legislative.

    Just as soon as you are sure that the Officers you find are Article I Legislative Officers, color them with the legislative color you have picked.
    Color the members of Congress with the color you have picked to represent the lawmakers. Senators and Representatives will be the same color.

    It should be easy to say that the President of the United States, Vice President of the United States and Chief Justice of the United States are all Officers of the legislative branch because that is where they are found. It is not easy to say the President and Vice President of the United States and the Chief Justice are legislative officers because that is not what is taught in every school.

    The first President, George Washington, was elected President by the Article II Presidential Electors. When you color the Office of President in Article II you will color that one Office of President with an executive color you have picked. You cannot color an Office of President of the United States of America because there is no such Office mentioned anywhere in the Constitution. The first sentence of Article II vests executive Power in a President of the United States of America. The second sentence refers to the occupant of the Office and not to any Office of President of the United States of America. The second sentence makes clear that the election of President would also elect the President of the United States of America. You can use your computer’s search function to find the Office of President of the United States in Article I and Article II and the Office of President in Article II. The President of the United States gets a legislative hue and the Office of President gets an executive tint.

    Although he was properly elected President, George Washington chose not to take the oath as President of the United States of America or President, because his election was too early. Washington was elected February 4, 1789, before anyone in America could satisfy the 14 years residency within the United States requirement. Of course, this was all a subterfuge. Washington had no intention of taking the Article VI oath “to support this Constitution.” The plan had always been to take over the government by creating one from scratch using the legislative power.

    The Constitution grants the President power to name Ambassadors, public Ministers, Consuls, “Judges of the supreme Court and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for.” The Office of President of the United States is one of the Offices “whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for.”

    He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law; but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

    The advice and consent of Senate is a condition to any appointment by the President. Washington said nothing to no one. He took the oath of Office of President of the United States as if was the actual oath of Office of President. Remarkably, not one person has ever questioned the process. George Washington took command as President of the United States and Congress began to build a statutory government around the legislative President of the United States set the precedent for every President elected by the Electors to claim the Office of President of the United States by taking the oath in Article II Section 1 Clause 8:

    “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

    An oath is a solemn appeal to God to witness one’s determination to tell the truth or keep a promise or the words of the promise itself. The oath of Office of the President of the United States is his promise to do his duty. Color the legislative duties of the President of the United States in Article I. History records that George Washington took the oath to faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States on April 30, 1789 by placing his left hand on a Bible and adding “So Help Me God” to the oath. Do you see new duties in the oath? If you do, what kind of duties are they: legislative, executive, or judicial? Does placing the oath of the President of the United States in Article II cause confusion? What color are you going to make the oath of the President of the United States?

    A basic principle of American government is the separation-of-powers doctrine. Before the Revolutionary War, George III held all three government powers and he ruled America. The duties of all the Officers in Article I are legislative, so the persons who occupy them can have no other duties.

    Since Washington, no President has agreed to be President or President of the United States of America by taking the Article VI oath to support this Constitution.

    Article I Section 7 Clause 2: Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it becomes a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it.

    More evidence that the President of the United States is a legislative Officer is found in Article I Section 7 Clause 3:

    “Every Order, Resolution, or Vote to which the Concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of Adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the Same shall take Effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be repassed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the Rules and Limitations prescribed in the Case of a Bill.”

    Again, it is the President of the United States who is to be presented with “every Order, Resolution, or Vote for his approval or disapproval. The other Presidents of the Constitution are not given these legislative duties. Color this President of the United States the same color as the Senators and Members of the House of Representatives.

    Article I Section 3 Clause 4 makes the Vice President of the United States President of the Senate who can vote to break a tie. The next clause confirms the Vice President to be a legislative officer of the Senate: “The Senate shall chuse their other Officers and also a President pro tempore, in the Absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the Office of President of the United States.” The Vice President of the United States being a legislative member of the Senate makes the Office of President of the United States legislative.

    The President of the United States is referred to as the President only once, in Article I Section 7 Clause 2:

    If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law.

    The only President, who is part of the legislative branch and who is granted legislative powers is the President of the United States. Color the President of the United States legislative.

    IMPEACHMENT

    Impeachment is the legislative process that can result in the removal from Office any Officer of the government from his or her Office. The Power of Impeachment is the authority to accuse an Office holder of misconduct. No specific misconduct is required by Article I:

    Article I Section 2 Clause 5: “The House of Representative shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.”

    If an Office holder is accused of some official misconduct and does not resign that Office, the Senate will act like judges and try the impeachment.

    Article I Section 3 Clause 6: “The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.

    CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE UNITED STATES

    The only duty imposed on the Chief Justice in the Constitution is the obligation to preside over the impeachment of the President of the United States. The duty to preside at the trial of the impeachment of the President of the United States is a non-judicial duty, according to Article I Section 3 Clause 7:

    Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

    The Chief Justice is charged with a non-judicial duty and a title that excludes the Office holder from the class of persons who might be qualified for judicial Office, Judges. A Chief Justice is not a Judge, therefore, color the Chief Justice legislative.

    I would love to not pay any income taxes, and I’ve been reading about all of the people who have researched the subject and claim they have not found a law requiring the payment of income taxes.

    Well, I have to ask, what about the XVI Amendment to the Constitution? It states: “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

    I realize the XVI Amendment is unconstitutional because it is not an apportioned tax, and it was dubiously ratified by the required number of states, nevertheless, it remains a part of the Constitution and, therefore, enforceable.

    Would anyone care to explain this to me?

No one has to hand out anything they don’t feel completely comfortable doing for the Tax Awareness Campaign. Some may even want to hand out New Testaments if they’re especially Christianically inclined. I’m Jewish but I see most religions teaching the same basic truths anyway. So I’m gonna donate some cash to RTR and hand out ‘Freedom to Fascism’ DVD’s because so many people hate reading especially about political stuff. I had good luck at the local post office last April and many people happily took the discs, including one Fire Marshall. I sure hope they watched them and learned some things they were previously unaware of.

    Charles, what makes you think that the 16th Amendment is unconstitutional? As the Supreme Court ruled in the Brushaber case, the 16th Amendment is limited to indirect excise taxes, and not a direct tax. Therefore it is constitutional. Also, the Stanton case reiterated that the 16th Amendment did not create any new taxing power. Congress did not have the power to tax our income before the 16th, as the Pollock case confirmed this, and they didn’t get any new taxing power from the 16th Amendment. Its a meaningless Amendment. It didn’t alter any of the other taxing clauses of the Constitution. It may as well never have been written. And, reading the 16th Amendment on its face, it doesn’t require anyone to do anything.     I agree with most that is published in these magazines but some of the stuff you publish is so outlandish that it will never be considered mainstream or even appeal to the average American…and no it’s not because they are brainwashed. I agree with most of the stuff in the Issue called the Dark Hand of history it but some of the stuff was stated without backing it up especially the last article about eating people. I just started reading the Reprint of issue number 5 about the IRS and I must say that the praise of Saul Alisnky, probabaly the most dangerously influential men in politics in America in the past 20th Century is discouraging to say the least and for these few examples I can not share this with the uniformed and then be taken seriously after they have read something like that nor can I be sure what I am reading is fact or even remotely close. Especially when it comes to espousing the ideas of Liberty and freedom when I find praise for sucha dispicalble man like Alinsky.

    The JBS gent said, there was a time, because of the integrity, and secrecy of the Freemason, the Illuminati thought they would infiltrate and use the organization to cover their own agenda.

    My friend said, once the Freemasons found out about the Illuminati, they booted them out. He said, generally speaking, the Freemasons are free of the Illuminati. The Masons I know are good, upright men.     I had my mind made up to not file this year, then it occurred to me that I live on Social Security (not taxed) and meager amounts from a trust fund, The dividends from which are ridiculously small, so in order to pay rent I have to sell some of the securities each month. Since that is probably considered capital gains, it is a legal tax. So I guess I have to continue paying my fare share. My trustee is the one who prepares my taxes (it’s over my head) and he doesn’t believe in rebellion.

    Are American citizens of the USA really free? If you believe that as I do, then the money you earn is yours. It only will pay for taxes you are liable for. The IRS has fooled everyone (well, a majority) into believing that they owe a tax on federal income from their privately earned income. How absurd! Federal income is realized from government granted privilege activity a.k.a. federal employment, where a portion of your federal income is sent back to the government as a “Return”, a form of kickback resulting from the privilege of federal employment. What could be more clear? Don’t commit a crime by signing a 1040 Form again by admitting to the IRS that you are a U.S. federal citizen. To continue to do so, will result in possible criminal prosecution because you gave the information by voluntary compliance. Protect your rights under the Constituion. April 15th should be just another day of the year. Now that you know this much about the truth of federal taxation, what will you do to make yourself free from federal income taxes. You could do this, by calling up your local IRS office and ask them if a law exists that would require you to perjure yourself on a 1040 Form? If the person says that they don’t understand your question, then relpy that you can no longer give any information to them on a 1040 form that they could use against you criminally and that there is no law making you a private sector citizen liable for the federal income tax. Please note that they may say that in section 1 of subtitle “A” of the Internal Revenue Code that there is a tax imposed upon the taxable income….. but say, so what? There is a tax imposed in section 5701 of subtitle “E”, on tobacco products, but that does not make anyone liable unless it specifically uses the words, “made liable”. Then in section 5703, there is the liability for this tobacco tax. Not so in subtitle “A”. Only section 1461 of subtitle “A” makes the employer (federal withholding agent)liable for collecting the income tax and it is on nonresident aliens and foreign corporations. The free citizens of the 50 states have no liabilty for the federal income tax of all of subtitle “A” which consists of 1,563 sections.

All these opinions confirm that there is an element of truth in everything that has been written, researched, etc. I have also researched endlessly most of the same subject matter and know how freedomless we really are. We just think we are free, the few freedoms we had we readily gave away with the 911 episode. Too many smokescreens, too much misinformation out there to be able to digest what is really in front of us. The PLAN is by design, formulated a very long ago. I commented before that I AM with you in spirit and tone but am mostly retired and have very little extra income to spend on these kinds of items. I follow your email posts and try to soak up as much as I can to stay informed. It is becoming more clear with each passing day that we as a people have allowed ourselves to be dupped into believing that we live in a truely FREE republic. It is spooky to stop for a moment and think about how fragile this whole scenario is and how easily it could all come unraveled. It could happen TOMMORROW. When it comes right down to it, all we have is EACH OTHER. I have a lifetime of programming to contend with as do many others when it comes to how I view our government. Intellectually, I can perceive the goals of the founders, I just am not totally convinced that the Constitution as it written is any more valid than anything else that is being done in name of government. I have come to be extremnly cynical about most things political. I am starting to feel that power falls to those to have the ability and the resources to capture it as has been so abely demonstrated by that elusive body of pretenders to the throne of world power. The rest of us are just observers and we do what we need to do to just stay comfortable. Perhaps the current state of the economy will shake the floor a little and cause people to start looking for answers outside of their TV’s.     I have a big problem with Mr. Cooks’ type of solutions. Not that they are politically Republican based, but that they are used to control our behavior. What gives the government any right whatsoever to control our lives, in any manner, excepting of course, punishing crimes? The ying and yang of DC are all actually on the same control-freak team. Make no mistake about that.

    The Democrats, however, are far superior in creating the tools necessary to enslave Americans with their liberal progressivism, but both parties are indistinguishable, in reality, using FED interest rates and bailouts and incentives, FIAT MONEY, the IRS, and INCOME TAXES, that is, \the system\ to control and enslaves our lives.

    Our enslavement started, of course, with president Wilson’s FED creation, the companion income taxes, and the companion IRS, to enforce that enslavement, where fiat targeted inflation rates steal wealth from the people, as well as legally tax more to destroy independent businesses that do not follow federal policies. If you don’t play the way government wants you to play, then you will be penalized for it. That is not freedom from a limited government, but enslavement to the BIG BROTHER NANNY STATE. It matters not who created the leg irons, or who straps them on, we are enslaved by both of the political parties.

    We had a constitution, now abandoned, indicating gold and silver real money, that limited government’s ability to economically control our lives and our purse strings. We had a constitution where state rights were respected, yet now that states are more or less indistinguishable in large measure, all forced to walk in lock step with the mandates of the DC elitists. We had a constitution, now abandoned, indicating limited government. Even Mr. Cook, a real money believer, buys into tax regime control over our lives, rather than free market forces and personal liberty, though, given the political realities of the propagandized population and the FED-fiat-IRS regime in place, giving up upon principles, for immediate practical short term solutions, is widely accepted as a useful government means, that is, a \useful\ control over our lives.

    I hereby declare, that Tocqueville’s 1835 prediction, has become reality, after 180 of progressive liberalism in the USA. You just know that we Americans as a people are absolutely screwed when both parties wildly applaud more social programs, spending, and controls from DC. The current financial enslavement of us Americans stems from the combinatory effects of an obscene tax regime, an intrinsically worthless fiat money, and the suppression of the alternative bullion prices through the use of manipulative naked short futures contracts on the NY CRIMEX exchanges, held by agents and conspiratorial monetary thugs of the government, including and certainly not limited to JPM with their monstrously criminal derivative short positions.

    Astoundingly, we Americans don’t complain. There is no just outrage by the people. Even Mr. Bill OReilly of Foxnews, thinks a 30% tax is just fine, where actually, anything over a 6% rate, a reasonable patent royalty, should be considered inherently destructive and evil. Well, even a pig when fed his daily slop, Mr. OReilly, will live happily in a pig sty, with freedom abandoned. People are no different, and neither is Mr. OReilly. We have been conditioned to accept the elitists’ dictates from DC, their controls over our lives, and the April singing sirens.

    But we Americans have been here before. We took action once against London’s fiat money and their controlling taxes, starting with a small Indian raid in Boston, as we Americans then threw off the yoke of VP Biden’s “patriotic taxes” and the obscene dictatorial control over our lives from absolute power concentrated in the English crown. And, we Americans can do it again, provided that we first can understand what has been done to us, our country, our collective minds, and our freedoms, and we can again show the outrage necessary, and act, if we have not been so propagandized into accepting the elitists’ dictates and socialistic DC controls over our lives. We Americans now accept without any protest, a 30 year mortgage based upon enslaving interest rates dictated by the FED’s monetary controls and the use targeted inflation rates and the interest rates made necessary through the use of fiat money. We accept enslavement for 30 years of our adult productive lives, without a peep. This is simply amazing, in the land of the so-called free and so-called brave. We are no longer free and we are no longer brave. We have become enslaved cowards.

    We have all become cowards because we do not stand up to tyranny over our lives. We just continue to simply walk dispassionately like monotones toward the warlock caverns upon the blaring sirens signaling the annual April sacrificial tax shake down to tyrannical concentrated power in DC. We simply accept unlimited printing of fiat money. We simply accept an obscene tax regime. We simply accept controlling interest rates. We simply accept the degradation of godly symbols in our lives. We have been conditioned, through patriotic tax speeches, to empower the big brother Nanny state, to wipe our butts and feed our faces as only the DC elitists think best. We are now imprisoned. We even will not publicly recognize bullion manipulation in the commodities markets, which manipulation is blatant, but which manipulation supports the intrinsically worthless fiat money that enables our enslavement by big brother in the first instance.

    Mr. Bill Murphy of GATA can scream bloody murder all he wants about gold bullion manipulation, and Mr. Ted Butler of IRI can rant and rave all he wants about silver bullion manipulation, but as long as we Americans remain cowards to the DC elitists controlling our lives, the CFTC, and the conspiratorial congressional oversight enablers, we will simply ignore the blatant criminal manipulation on the NY CRIMEX exchanges, and accept our enslavement. Give it up, Bill and Ted, it’s a losing battle, because, unless you integrate your outrage into an aggregate demonstration of lost freedoms, and convince the people at large to over throw the power complex in DC, the government will continue to protect the power projecting fiat money system in perpetuity thereby enabling and encouraging the suppression of bullion and real honest money, the only real alternative to their worthless fiat. Your only hope to free bullion from criminal government led manipulation, actually enabled by the CFTC and congress, is to rally all Americans to throw off the tyrannical yoke that is the Washington DC elitists.

    But how can we now possibly collectively even rebel? The people are now weak minded, conditioned by a century of DC propaganda and pandering to not aggressively act against any tyranny. So, armed rebellion against the enslaving DC elitists is modernly not a viable option. The only other effective means to take down the monarchs of DC, and free bullion and concurrently ourselves, is through the vote. But, we freedom lovers would not be on a level playing field, as American politics is now centered in only two viable political parties, the liberal democrats who always seek more taxes, more spending, and thus more control over our lives, and the “compassionate” republicans, who have of late all ready thrown in the towel to concentrated socialism in DC, and hence, we have abandoned Darwinian capitalism to scrap heap of lost individual freedoms and personal responsibility, and hence, making ourselves and both parties conspirators to the enslavement and control of all of the people. So how possibly can the system be changed, and free bullion, and free ourselves, when our American minds have been propagandized into accepting financial slavery and centralized control, living in a national pig sty, when the only voting option available is between two inherent look a-likes promoting more, not less, DC controls over our lives? We simply cant. We are hopelessly imprisoned by our own conditioned pandered minds by socialistic elitists of the two controlling political parties. We are freaking doomed to perpetual enslavement by big brother and the nanny state, as we get up each April 15th and march off to singing sirens toward the warlock caverns to be devoured into economical ruin, presently, however, accelerating on a global scale.

    There possibly could be one hope, for a return of our freedoms, and liberation of bullion from manipulation, but it’s a very long shot, a 300 million to one long shot, actually, to be nearly exact, and that possibility would the coming of a second economical political messiah, a populous, running for the presidency, outside of the two main political parties, with an articulated agenda, and with a plan to perfect reinstatement of our freedoms from the DC elitists. But, as of yet, there is no such person who has come forward with the agenda, with the plan, and with the ability to passionately and convincingly persuade the people that they have in fact firstly lost their freedoms, and secondly, that such freedoms can be reinstated. Dr. Ron Paul came close, but he remained locked into the corruption of the two political parties, and did not explain why our freedoms have been lost, nor did he offer a credible comprehensive plan to free us all. While well intentioned in some points, he did not put it all together, in a comprehensive way. Maybe a great populous champion will emerge before 2012 and offer what we American so dearly need and deserve, our freedoms back.

    Any populous running for president, to take down the DC elitist power structure, to free us Americans, must have a plan as to national money, deficits, debt, taxes, and welfare. This populous candidate would need to have a comprehensive vision, both retrospectively and prospectively, and must be able articulately explain why we are enslaved, and why the tyrannical power structure in DC has enslaved us all through fiat money, the FED, the IRS, income taxes, and bullion suppression, as a collective regime and power play, so as to educate the people, and reverse 100 years of pandering DC propaganda, which, of course, would be no small task, as many Americans are in fear, and will naturally cling to their government hands outs in cowardly dependency. Breaking a propagandized dependency and the cowardly mind set of the American people through mere words would be one difficult task.

    This populous messiah would need a plan. The plan would necessarily include abolishment of the FED, fiat money, the IRS, income taxes, and bullion suppression. The plan would include the reinstatement the gold and silver money standard. The plan would seek the repeal the 16th amendment authorizing income taxes and the adoption of a new amendment requiring local, state, and federal balanced budgets. This plan would necessarily destroy socialism in American, and would severely limit the welfare states, a good thing, such as to only public shelters, clinics, and kitchens, while supporting, in turn, compassionate free charitable personal giving through charities, churches, and temples, thereby exploiting individual personal compassion that is the most effective and efficient means of securing a minimal safety net for the poor and aged. This populous should propose eliminating the national debt, virtually over night, by requiring all Fiat FRN dollars be redeemed at the treasury at a rate of about 1B$/oz. Fiat redemption in bullion would force many, if not all, other countries to likewise abandon fiat money in a global rebirth of the exclusive international use of gold and silver money as the only real honest medium of exchange between countries, business, and persons, as the global community replaces war and fiat with trade wars and real honest money, and while outlawing global protectionism and, of course, the internationally sought after elimination of the US dollar as the global reserve currency.

    The tax system should be changed comprehensively. There should be absolutely no taxes on earned income, payrolls, or capital gains, which are the engines of growth, that must necessarily and fully exploit human greed for maximum productivity and prosperity leading to increased personal tax free charity. There should be a flat tax on all consumption in a resource limited world thereby punishing gluttony and conserving the world limited resources. There should be market value real property taxes to pay for police, fire, schools and trash. Finally, there should be extremely progressive taxes on passive incomes including inheritances, interest, dividends and personal gifts, so that all have an equal opportunity. This tax regime would collectively together encourage economical growth, resource conservation, dissipation of obscenely corrupting concentrated wealth in a few, and the dismantling of socialism and the welfare state to free the people of dependent slavery by the government.

    It is doubtful that such a populous would rise up, however, and come freedom’s way any time soon. There is, possibly, one small hope. If the global economic community continues to spiral out of the control toward the downside into a global depression, and it is accelerating just now to the downside, and the global fiat complex concomitantly collapses as well relative to commodities and bullion, rendering all fiat money suspect in the eyes of the common people, and if the unemployment rate rises to depression levels, the citizens may just get a little upset, and even demonstrate, and possibly politically revolt around the world as well as in the US from all of the monetary enslavement. We Americans actually might just rethink a century of pandering propaganda, and actually listen to a populous candidate for president of the USA and leader of the free world.

    It is a dreadful choice, however, to wish for monetary, economic, and financial global ruination, but with it is also the ruination of the enslaving fiat money, bullion manipulation, and government enforced corrupting socialism and control over our lives. It would be worth it, though. We Americans, if truly brave, should bite the short term economic bullet rather than perpetuate tyrannical slavery from DC over our lives. We may just become again the land of the free and brave. But, until such global financial ruination is achieved, and until some populous take the soap box station in earnest, with the plan for the return of our freedoms, the American economic political system will not change, and the status quo will remain in effect, as until such a populous messiah comes forth to liberate us all from DC tyranny, nothing will change, with all Americans perpetually enslaved.

    In ancient history, like May this year, there was increasing prices (e.g. common inflation), and the FEDs and writers were all concerned about inflation getting to high and sustained, because that would embed inflationary expectations, and would, cement sentiment that would then actually accelerate inflation, where buyers buy as soon as the pay check hits the banks, which reinforces the inflationary trend. The FEDs target inflation at a modest rate, say about 2%, so as to allow decreasing debt burdens, and more deficit spending, and hence, more power projection, but without the accelerating inflation, due to controlled sentiment of inflationary expectations. However, once you cross the line of embedded inflationary expectations, severe restrain measures are needed to ring out those inflationary expectations. Hence, Volker in 1980 with his 18% interest rates. We had modest GDP growth between 2001-3 when inflation was considered contained, only to have inflation rear its ugly head beginning in early 08. But that has changed in October with the CPI recently going to -1%.

    Now comes the mortgage bubble, a pop goes the weasel, the financial weapons of mass destruction, the OTC derivatives, and then the financials fall apart, and now the hedge funds are throwing in the towel, and many others, in a total international meltdown. Prices are dropping fast, (eg common deflation), and if that deflation continues for long, therein lays the basis for deflationary expectations, where buyers hold off buying, and hence, save their dollars, which then reinforces the deflationary expectations, in a vicious cycle, just inversely like inflation, and if the deflationary cycle is allowed to continue, it leads to a depression, a very bad thing in deed. Deflation serves to increase debt burden, a very bad thing, and that is why deflation is more feared than inflation. To ring out the deflationary expectations, money rates are dropped, easy money is given out, government provides hand outs and work programs, and more deficits, etc., to reinflate.

    Deflation and Inflation are mirror to some extent. Inflation leads to inflationary expectations that leads to hyperinflation-stagnation. Expensive money has been the traditional solution, ala Volker 1980. Deflation leads to deflationary expectations that leads to hyper-deflation-stagnation, aka depression. Cheap money has been the traditional solution, ala FDR 1933-42.

    While the government always tries to put lip stick on a pig, to make things always appear rosy, to the voters, by and large, they have it right, expensive money to cure inflation and cheap money to cure deflation. With a target of 2% inflation, the government can project power through modest deficits, yet not let the inflation get out of hand. Hence, the FED targeting of very low inflation rates.

    Now, in 1980 the government played the traditional remedy, expensive money to cure inflation, but that cause allot of pain. I remember it well. But modernly, Americans are just not capable of pain any more, without most in congress and the people getting all upset, so, in the 21st century, pain is out, yet, these same tax and spend types want more than the tax burden can support without destroying the economy. So, Americans collectively can not now endure any pain to correct things. Americans collectively must also spend more to feed, care for, and support many on the government take, but with moderate taxes, and hence, increases in deficit spending. The government is thus in a political box, without the will do to the right things. Politically it cannot have 1) balanced budgets (as there are those who always wants more social spending), 2) cannot raise rates to high to curb inflation, (as Americans cant bear the pain), 3) cannot raise taxes, (as the whole economy will tank leading to less revenues, not more, and less hand outs). So, balanced budgets, high rates, and high taxes are out. So what can the government do, in stead? What possible other choices does the government have in doing the balancing act between the demands of the people, perfected through congressional actions, and maintaining the inflation targets?

    The government can:
    1) Lie about inflation to defeat inflationary expectations;
    2) Suppress gold to defeat inflationary expectations;
    3) Support markets to defeat deflationary expectations; and
    4) Bail out everyone and anyone to reinflate and defeat deflationary expectations.

    While Mr. Bill Murphy and the GATA following can rightfully claim that the markets are rigged, and that gold is suppressed, quite honestly, the pandered weak-minded its-all-about-me Americans have given the US government very little choice. Are the manipulations, lies, and rigging wrong? Well yes, if you believe in fair and free markets and are a true jungle capitalist, but no, if you are a socialists who believes in “intervention” “economic appeasement” and “totalitarian control”, which are really code words for, well, you guessed it, manipulations, lies, and riggings. Are the manipulations, lies, and riggings evil? Well no, given the choices the American people have placed upon government. The manipulations, lies, and market riggings are wrong, but not inherently evil, effectively serving the will of the people. I will submit that GATA’s complaints result from the American people losing their self-reliant capitalistic roots. The government employees are not the devils, but misguided by the demands of the American people, as the American people effectively demand manipulations, lies, and riggings. We got manipulations, lies, and market riggings from the government, because we asked for it.

    Most Americans no longer read Alexis de Tocqueville’s masterpiece, Democracy in America, about which I wrote a book (Tocqueville on American Character; from which most of the following is taken) a few years ago. What a pity! No one understood us so well, no one described our current crisis with such brutal accuracy, as Tocqueville.

    The economics of the current expansion of state power in America are, as I said, \fascist,\ but the politics are not. We are not witnessing \American Fascism on the march.\ Fascism was a war ideology and grew out of the terrible slaughter of the First World War. Fascism hailed the men who fought and prevailed on the battlefield, and wrapped itself in the well-established rhetoric of European nationalism, which does not exist in America and never has. Our liberties are indeed threatened, but by a tyranny of a very different sort.

    Most of us imagine the transformation of a free society to a tyrannical state in Hollywood terms, as a melodramatic act of violence like a military coup or an armed insurrection. Tocqueville knows better. He foresees a slow death of freedom. The power of the centralized government will gradually expand, meddling in every area of our lives until, like a lobster in a slowly heated pot, we are cooked without ever realizing what has happened. The ultimate horror of Tocqueville’s vision is that we will welcome it,

    and even convince ourselves that we control it.

    There is no single dramatic event in Tocqueville’s scenario, no storming of the Bastille, no assault on the Winter Palace, no March on Rome, no Kristallnacht. We are to be immobilized, Gulliver-like, by myriad rules and regulations,

    annoying little restrictions that become more and more binding until they eventually paralyze us.

    Subjection in minor affairs breaks out every day and is felt by the whole community indiscriminately. It does not drive men to resistance, but it crosses them at every turn, till they are led to surrender the exercise of their own will.

    Thus their spirit is gradually broken and their character enervated… <==

    The tyranny he foresees for us does not have much in common with the vicious dictatorships of the last century, or with contemporary North Korea, Iran, or Saudi Arabia. He apologizes for lacking the proper words with which to define it. He hesitates to call it either tyranny or despotism, because it does not rule by terror or oppression. There are no secret police, no concentration camps, and no torture. \The nature of despotic power in democratic ages is not to be fierce or cruel, but minute and meddling.\ The vision and even the language anticipate Orwell’s 1984, or Huxley’s Brave New World. Tocqueville describes the new tyranny as \an immense and tutelary power,\

    and its task is to watch over us all, and regulate every aspect of our lives.

    It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd.

    We will not be bludgeoned into submission; we will be seduced. He foresees the collapse of American democracy as the end result of two parallel developments that ultimately render us meekly subservient to an enlarged bureaucratic power:

    the corruption of our character, and the emergence of a vast welfare state

    that manages all the details of our lives.

    His words are precisely the ones that best describe out current crisis:

    That power is absolute, minute, regular, provident and mild. It would be like the authority of a parent if, like that authority, its object was to prepare men for manhood; but it seeks, on the contrary, to keep them in perpetual childhood: it is well content that the people should rejoice, provided they think of nothing but rejoicing. For their happiness such a government willingly labors, but it chooses to be the sole agent and the only arbiter of that happiness; it provides for their security, foresees and supplies their necessities, facilitates their pleasures, manages their principal concerns, directs their industry, regulates the descent of property, and subdivides their inheritances: what remains, but to spare them all the care of thinking and all the trouble of living?

    The metaphor of a parent maintaining perpetual control over his child is the language of contemporary American politics. All manner of new governmental powers are justified in the name of \the children,\ from enhanced regulation of communications to special punishments for \hate speech;\ from the empowerment of social service institutions to crack down on parents who try to discipline their children, to the mammoth expansion of sexual quotas from university athletic programs to private businesses. Tocqueville particularly abhors such new governmental powers because they are Federal, emanating from Washington, not from local governments. He reminds us that when the central government asserts its authority over states and communities,

    a tyrannical shadow lurks just behind.

    So long as local governments are strong, he says, even tyrannical laws can be mitigated by moderate enforcement at the local level, but once the central government takes control of the entire structure,

    our liberties are at grave risk.

    It is evident that our associations, along with religion one of the two keys to the great success of the American experiment, are prime targets for the appetite of the state. In the seamless web created by the new tyranny, everything from the Boy Scouts to smoking clubs will be strictly regulated.

    It is no accident that the campaign to drive religion out of American public life began in the 1940s, when the government was consolidating its unprecedented expansion during the Depression and the Second World War, having asserted its control over a wide range of activities that had previously been entrusted to the judgment of private groups and individuals.

    When we console ourselves with the thought that the government is, after all, doing it for a good reason and to accomplish a worthy objective, we unwittingly turn up the temperature under our lobster-pot. The road to the Faustian Deal is paved with the finest intentions,

    but the last stop is the ruin of our soul.

    Permitting the central government to assume our proper responsibilities is not merely a transfer of power from us to them; it does grave damage to our spirit. It subverts our national character. In Tocqueville’s elegant construction, it \renders the exercise of the free agency of man less useful and less frequent; it circumscribes the will within a narrower range and gradually robs a man of all the uses of himself.\ Once we go over the edge toward the pursuit of material wealth, our energies uncoil, and we become meek, quiescent and flaccid in the defense of freedom.

    The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people,

    till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd.

    The devilish genius of this form of tyranny is that it looks and even acts democratic.

    We still elect our representatives, and they still ask us for our support. \…servitude of the regular, quiet, and gentle kind…might be combined with some of the outward forms of freedom, and…might even establish itself under the wing of the sovereignty of the people.\ Freedom is smothered without touching the institutions of political democracy. We act out democratic skits while submitting to an oppressive central power that we ourselves have chosen.

    They devise a sole, tutelary and all-powerful form of government, but elected by the people…this gives them a respite: they console themselves for being in tutelage by the reflection that they have chosen their own guardians.

    There is a very old joke about the husband who announces that he has a perfect marriage: he makes all the big decisions, and lets his wife deal with the minor matters. He decides when the country should go to war, while she manages the family budget. He decides who should govern America, and she makes all the decisions about the upbringing of the children: where they go to school, what they wear, how much allowance they receive, and so on. That is precisely the sort of division of powers Tocqueville fears for us. We will be permitted to make the big decisions: who will be president, and who will sit in the legislature. But it will not matter, because the state will decide how our money will be spent, how our children will be raised, and how we will behave, down to the details of the language we are permitted to use.

    We laugh at the joke because we realize that the husband’s \big decisions\ are meaningless; the same eventually applies to a \democratic\ state that makes all our little decisions for us. Tocqueville unerringly puts his finger on the absurdity: we give power to the state in matters that require only simple good sense, as if we were incapable of exercising it. But we elect the government itself, as if we were the very incarnation of wisdom. We are \alternately made the playthings of [our] ruler, and his masters, more than kings and less than men.\

    We may chuckle, but it is the rueful laugh of the powerless, because such a government is far harder to resist than a traditional tyranny. \Nothing is so irresistible as a tyrannical power commanding in the name of the people,\ Tocqueville intones, because it wields the awesome moral power of the majority and \acts…with the quickness and the persistence of a single man.\

    As Tocqueville grimly predicted, modern totalitarians have thoroughly mastered this lesson. Nazis, Fascists and Communists have passionately preached sermons of equality, and constantly paid formal homage to the sovereignty of the people. Hitler proclaimed himself primus inter pares, the first among equals, while Mao and Stalin claimed their authority in the name of a classless society where everyone would be equal.

    And, while Communism was brought to power by violent coups or by military conquest, Fascism was not installed by violence. Hitler and Mussolini were popular leaders, their authority was sanctioned by great electoral victories and repeated demonstrations of mass public enthusiasm, and neither of them was ever challenged by a significant percentage of the population. The great Israeli historian Jacob Talmon coined the perfect name for this perversion of the Enlightenment dream, which enslaves all in the name of all: totalitarian democracy. (sounds like china’s next evolutionary step?)

    These extreme cases help us understand Tocqueville’s brilliant warning that equality is not a defense against tyranny, but an open invitation to ambitious and cunning leaders who enlist our support in depriving ourselves of freedom. He summarizes it in two sentences that should be memorized by every American who cherishes freedom:

    The…sole condition required in order to succeed in centralizing the supreme power in a democratic community is to love equality, or to get men to believe you love it. Thus the science of despotism, which was once so complex, is simplified, and reduced, as it were, to a single principle.

    As I said last time, we’re in for a hell of a fight. Or so I hope

    This writer of course is more polished and thorough than I, he gave Touceville’ view and the cultural debasement of our society by the liberals and \equality\, which is the object of the gov through socialization as pandered, but it is the same as my \Americans perpetually enslaved\, where I highlight Wilson, FRD, LBJ, and now OBAMA, and hard reality and solutions, and the actual subtle steps of our enslavement, as the root causes of our collective enslavement.

    There is much we here disagree on. Yet we are united in one clear bit of common sense: Income tax is fraudulent, unconstitutional, un-American, and provides zero benefit to the citizens of this country. It pays only interest on the debt–debt that is created by the very banking cartel who hires the IRS terrorists. It enslaves us to various degrees.

    We can argue to eternity whether freemasons, Christians, pagans, or whatever are mostly or completely good or evil. I think it’s all very, very interesting stuff. I spend loads of time researching it myself. Did John Lennon say we shouldn’t have this or that? Or did he just say; “Imagine?” Anyway, I think he was just learning as he went along and expressing ideas. He was not pushing policies, to my knowledge, unless they were libertarian. My knowledge, however brilliant and learned I at times like to think that I am, is limited.

    I do have a smidge of common sense, however. And though I don’t often bandy about the word, “evil,” I think it fits pretty closely with the scheme and the scam we all know to be the Federal Reserve System.

    Jefferson, Franklin, and Washington held different philosophies and beliefs. Not to mention those held by the truly great “common people” who pushed this segment of the elite to unite in front of them. But then there came a time, like now, when it was no longer appropriate to debate the intricate details. The devils have us in the sights of their guns. I suggest we get busy with the battle that is nigh upon us. And may we have the luxury of time to debate and philosophize to our hearts’ content in a freer future.

    First an obvious fact, something you already know. When was the country created? Pick a date. Many would pick July 4th, 1776, when the Continental Congress adopted the nation’s birth certificate, the Declaration of Independence. Many others would pick the date of ratification of the Constitution. Let’s arbitrarily use 1776.

    Now, when did we get the income tax? Except for the temporary income tax during Lincoln’s Communist War to Destroy the Union, there was no income tax in this country until 1913, when the U.S. Supreme Court upheld its validity in Brushaber, 240 U.S. 1. Indeed, even then it did not affect more than a handful of our people.

    As late as 1942, only 3% of our people paid income tax. Until that date, most people probably had heard of it, but they didn’t pay it and had never seen the form. It didn’t apply to them. Indeed, if you check the records, you will see that in 1941, when the reader may have already been alive, the federal government collected more in alcohol and tobacco taxes than it did in income tax. Remember “moonshine” and the “revenooers?”

    The income tax finally did hit the people in a big way only in 1942, and then only because we were of course in the middle of the war Franklin Roosevelt had finally succeeded in tricking us into by arranging Pearl Harbor. Even so, the conspiratorial warmongers could put the tax over only by calling it the “Victory” tax, a “temporary” tax collected by withholding, which would be repealed as soon as we had won the war.

    Question: Name for me a year, just one year, between 1776 and 1942, when the nation couldn’t function because we had no income tax. Can’t find one? Okay name a month, just one month, when the nation collapsed, couldn’t pay its bills, because we had no income tax. How about a week?

    Indeed, remember that during all that time, we fought many wars. We won them all. Yes, we won World War II with the income tax because it was “temporary,” not yet a permanent part of our lives, but mainly because we fought that war on behalf of Stalin. With the income tax we have not outright won a war since, from Korea to Iraq.

    Remember, you knew all this. I am simply reminding you of something you already knew. So, if we didn’t have an income tax, yet never collapsed, where did the federal government get the funds to pay for itself? Again, they came from alcohol and tobacco taxes.

    They also came from tariffs, which made foreigners pay for the privilege of selling products here. And they came from other indirect taxes. These were enough to pay for the few powers the Constitution grants to the federal government. Did you know that one of the biggest problems in Congress before the turn of the Twentieth Century was what the newspapers called the “tariff monster?” So much tax money was pouring into the Treasury that Congress didn’t know what to do with it.

    So, if we don’t need an income tax to pay for the federal government, why do we have one? In August, 1942, Meyer Jacobstein, of the Brookings Institution, testified to a Senate subcommittee that “it is necessary to mop up the excess purchasing power of the community . . . because of its effect on the price situation . . . .” There are also a couple of Ohio University economists, Richard Vedder and Lowell Gallaway, whose study showed that for every dollar of increased taxes, Congress increased spending $1.58. In other words, taxes cause spending.

    Now, another question you know the answer to. When there was money (gold and silver) behind our currency, the government had to deposit in the treasury the appropriate amount of money, in grains or ounces, whenever it printed paper currency. In the same way, you must deposit the appropriate sum in your checking account before you write a check against it.

    U.S. currency used to say it was “redeemable” downtown at the bank. The bank would pay the amount of money printed on the face of the bill to the “bearer on demand.” Even early Federal Reserve Notes said that. The only difference between your personal check and government currency is that your check names the person to be paid and the government currency does not. It paid the “bearer,” whoever had it in his hand when he walked into the bank.

    Now here comes the question. Since there no longer is any money behind our currency; since the government no longer need find and deposit rare gold or silver into its account in order to write a check against it; and since paper and ink are relatively limitless in supply – indeed, computer entries, today’s “money,” are utterly limitless – why does the government bother to tax at all? Why the audits, the penalties, the raids and seizures, the divorces and suicides?

    Why doesn’t the government just print what it needs; bigger numbers on bigger pieces of paper? Even easier, why not just boot up and click on ever bigger computer entries; then use those computer entries to pay the bills? This is what Meyer Jacobstein was talking about. The answer is that doing so would constitute hyperinflation, which would send prices to Alpha Centauri and destroy the dollar here.

    That is what happened in the Weimar Republic in post-World War I Germany, where the process took two years. It is happening now in Zimbabwe. The reason it has taken so long to happen here is that the financial geniuses who run the conspiracy for world government run the unbacked printings and now the computer entries through the non-Federal non-Reserve System, which is brilliantly designed to confuse and conceal what is happening. Extra layers of obfuscation have since been added, including the CDO and other alphabetical horrors. I have explained the process many times; no need to do so again here. But it is happening and when the train stops we shall be in Weimar.

    The man with the answers is Beardsley Ruml. Ruml was a lifelong Rockefeller factotum. Rockefeller is the family David Rockefeller boasts in his Memoirs is part of a globalist conspiracy against the United States. Ruml was chairman of the New York Fed. It was he who devised World War II “temporary” withholding. It was originally named for him: the “Ruml pay-as-you-go plan.”

    In January, 1946, American Affairs published a speech by Beardsley Ruml. The title was, “Taxes for Revenue Are Obsolete.” In it, Ruml speaks of two remarkable changes: “the gaining of vast new experience in the management of central banks,” and “the elimination, for domestic purposes, of the convertibility of the currency into gold.”

    Under the heading, “What Taxes Are Really For,” Ruml listed three main purposes: “as an instrument of fiscal policy to help stabilize the purchasing power of the dollar”; to express public policy in the distribution of wealth and of income, as in the case of the progressive income tax and estate taxes”; to express public policy in subsidizing or in penalizing various industries and economic groups.”

    Redistribution of the wealth by government is communism. Subsidizing and penalizing various industries by government is fascism. You are seeing such fascism right now in the government “bailout” of certain favored companies. For instance, the government saved Goldman Sachs but flushed Lehman Brothers.
    Ruml explains that “federal taxation has much to do with inflation and deflation, with the prices which have to be paid for the things that are bought and sold. . . .” If people have “too much” purchasing power, prices will rise. “. . . This will mean that the dollar is worth less than it was before – that is inflation. . . .

    “The dollars the government spends become purchasing power in the hands of the people who have received them. The dollars the government takes by taxes cannot be spent by the people, and, therefore, these dollars can no longer be used to acquire the things that are available for sale. . . .” So this is what Meyer Jacobstein meant by “mopping up purchasing power.”

    The true purpose of the income tax, therefore, is to inhibit the inflationary effect of ravenous government spending. The income tax allows our rulers to juggle their fiscal balls in the air a bit longer, by offering a safety valve through which the inflationary pressure generated by that spending can more safely be released. The income tax does that by transferring purchasing power from the people to the government. Again, it has nothing at all to do with paying the government’s bills.

    I was very intrigued by this income tax issue, but, since I get paid an hourly wage I cannot choose to pay or not, it’s just taken automatically. Are there any suggestions as to what I can do till I become self employed? I know when I file my income taxes(as they were already paid), I get a check for some of what I paid back, so what is the use of me not filing if I get some of it back? Why is there nothing suggested to wee folk like me the ‘wage slave’. Any suggestions? . . . . .

    Look up in any law dictionary and you will find that Prima Facia means evidence that is sufficient to raise a presumption of fact or to establish the fact in question UNLESS REBUTTED.

    So for all those of you who the company you work for submitted a W-2, 1099 or a K1 information return about you, the IRS has Prima Facie evidence that you had taxable income. Don’t rebut it and what some 3rd party says about stands as legal fact.

    It seems that the whole lot of the people named as being anti-income tax gurus
    under your heading: “Operation Blockhead – The Federal Income Tax Scam” have missed the key as to how the income tax is imposed upon the American people and why. May I suggest your readers go to my website and download the free blog offered there, called The Name Game Blog. Actually, anything I offer on my website is free of cost, as long as I don’t have to send it by snail mail.

    I do suggest some remedies; however, 90% of finding a solution is first finding the cause, and most have missed that by several miles. And, as long as people don’t know the true nature of income tax, they are easy targets for IRS moles and their sting operations to get even more out of the people in fines, punishments and huge contrived assessments.

    All indictments for income taxes rely upon conclusions of law to contend the accused is “liable,” received “taxable income,” filed tax forms in previous years and therefore “knew he had a responsibility for an income tax,” etc. Defendants, including Tom Cryer, consistently contend the 16th. Amendment does not make them taxable, or present their favorite theory as to why they are not taxable (as listed on Quatloos), or in some way allow the burden of proof to be shifted to them while the IRS escapes the requirement of carrying the burden of proof that a valid law imposes the unidentified tax. This shifting of the burden of proof requires the accused to prove there is NO POSSIBLE WAY the (unidentified) tax MIGHT be valid. It cannot be done.     The federal courts have consistently ruled the income tax indictments fulfill the requirements of Due Process with the US v Vroman case being a leading example. The Vroman opinion has been analyzed to be inconsistent with Supreme court case law and is a complete perversion of Due Process. The analysis is in the form of a Motion to Dismiss the Indictment.     To Dave Dassie: You will note that Section 6020 is never cited in an income tax indictment and is not submitted to contestation. You will also notice the section repeated declares the section applies to “those required by this Title.” Where is the section that states who is required by this title ? It is not 6020. Also, a statute that grants prima facia status to documents created by the Director does not prevent a challenge to make the Director evidence a law that makes the citizen a “taxpayer.” But that assumes the courts are playing with a full deck of Due Process.

    So, the god of Freemasonry is Lucifer and the goal of Freemasonry is to impose their religion the world. I would say that they are very successful at imposing their religion on the world as it is based on unfulfilled prophecy. Careful reading of the Bible will show that all prophecy was fuilfilled long ago. Few can stand the truth, no one wants information that conflicts with their beliefs.     Far too many preachers preach that Jesus is coming but not one line in Bible says, hints, suggests or implies that He will come IN OUR FUTURE while 20 verses say He would return before the disciples all died. Two verses that church goers must cut out or black out to maintain their belief in unfulfilled prophecy: Luke 21:22 and Rev.1:3. \At hand\ in Rev.1:3 should have the exact same meaning as found in other verses. The true gospel requires that the reader should ALWAYS consider who was talking or writing to whom. AT NO TIME was Jesus talking to us, WE WERE NOT THERE! Many believe that when Paul wrote to the Thessalonians, he was writing to us but the top of the page says \Paul’s 1st Epistle to the Thessalonians. When Jesus said \Render unto caesar\ He was speaking to the Herodians, NOT TO US.
    I asked a Catholic priest why Catholics and Lutherans all believe that Jesus is coming at the end of the world and he replied that I have a King James Bible and that is not in the Catholic Boble. HE LIED. See He.9:26.
