Anita Untersee is the owner of Heartland Emergency, a long term storable food company, specializing in freeze dry food the ultimate storable food with an incredible 30 year shelf life. She is a frequent guest on The Power Hour and other radio shows and political activist.

After nearly 20 years in Los Angeles working in commercial film production, Anita and her husband returned to their roots and moved to their country retreat outside of Austin, Texas. They are “off grid” with a solar system, wood burning stove and windmill. Being self reliant is a top priority for them. This spring they are planting their first herb and heirloom vegetable garden.

They are also in production on a documentary about the current political situation and look forward to a spring release date.
