One of America’s leading Monetary Activists with 28 years of research, study and communication on the monetary system and its effect on people. Accomplished Presenter-Byron has presided over 1000 lectures concerning the monetary system and has been qualified courts as a monetary expert in courts in North Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois and Missouri. Byron has promoted Money Reform on both the Federal and state level.
In 1991 and 1992, with the help of 2 other men, Byron hand delivered a written request to the all the members of the United States Congress, written in bill, called THE MONEY REFORM ACT, to reform our money system so that money would be created as wealth to the people based on the production of the people. Rather then have the banks create all the money as interest bearing debt owed to the banking system, as is done now. In 1993, under the leadership of Devvy Kidd over 4,000 people hand delivered to Washington DC a petition for the Money Reform Act, and other things, signed by just under 2 million people.
In 1995, Byron started to develop a program that would change the way money is put into circulation that could be implemented on the state level. Byron then worked to have a bill introduced in the Minnesota legislature that would create money based on wealth produced by the people rather then have the banks create all the money as interest bearing debt owed to the banking system, as is done now. The bill received hearing in both the house and senate in 2007.
