Orly Taitz is an Orange County, California-based dentist and lawyer who is a leading figure in the “birther” movement, which challenges whether Barack Obama is a natural-born citizen eligible to serve as President of the United States. She also promotes a number of other conspiracy theories both related and unrelated to Obama.

So maybe the Brit, Neil Sankey can succeed where the Russian immigrant (from the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic) has failed, bring it on.
Poor little Birthers (still in denial about their losses), Judge Land and now judge Carter, smack down the crazies (case dismissed).
Not even “Fake News” Glenn Beck or Bill O’Reilly believes the crazies, how funny.
To all the birthers in La, La Land, it is on you to prove to all of us that your assertion is true (TOUGH WHEN YOU KEEP LOSING CASES), if there are people who were there and support your position then show us the video (everyone has a price), either put up or frankly shut-up. I heard Orly Taitz, is selling a tape (I think it’s called “Money, Lies and Video tape”). She is from Orange County, CA, now I know what the mean when they say “behind the Orange Curtain”, when they talk about Orange County, the captial of Conspiracy Theories. You know Obama has a passport, he travel abroad before he was a Senator, but I guess they were in on it.
In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme religious right (people who love to push their beliefs on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.
I wonder if she is a mail order bride, just like her law degree? She is perfect reporter material for “Fake News”, where unfounded rumors and innuendo reign supreme , unlike a our US courts of law. The way our courts work is that you get a competent lawyer, verifiable facts and present them to a judge, if the facts are real and not half baked lies, then, and only then, you proceed to trial. The Birthers seem to be having a problem with their so called facts that they present. Let’s face it no one will go along with you until you guys win a case, but until then, you will continue to appear dumb, crazy or racist, or maybe all three. Keep plucking that chicken.

I heard that she now wants to investigate the “Republican 2009 Summer of Love” list: Assemblyman, Michael D. Duvall (CA), Senator John Ensign (NV), Senator Paul Stanley (TN), Governor Mark Stanford (SC), Board of Ed Chair, and Kristin Maguire AKA Bridget Keeney (SC). She wants to re-establish a family values party.
I can only hope that Taitz will resist the state collectors that will be hounding her like the “ruff ruff” that she is to collect the $20K.
We won the election and now these sore losers will continue to spew your hate with lies.

In regards to Obama being eligible for the presidency, I believe it to be irrellavent in today’s world. Point being, I never hear anyone talk about the strawman (names in all capital letters in the public venue)vs. your christian appilation name (upper and lower case). As congress passed laws in 1868 (the 14th amendment) making corporations persons and hence the united States of America into the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA(a corporation)THERE IS NO LAW stating that anyone must be a natural born citizen (right out of Rome)to be the CEO of a corporation. Thus Obama is legal to be president of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, but not the united States of America.
If we are to stimulate any real change in this country for the better, we must return to a common law venue in our courts and get away from the admiralty jurisdictions we are now tried under. we must return the country back to what the founders tried to create. We need to put lawyers bck in the box and remove their mantel of nobility that they now possess and return them back to the selicitors they were originally meant to be. I also refer to the original 13th amendment to the constitution and that is “Lawyers were forbiden from holding politically elected office.”

I find the topics very interesting on this site, but, Have you guys counted the “umm’s” and “uh’s” that you guys use.. I would love to listen to these things but these speach impediments drive me up a wall.. Listen to Orley Taitz.. And, the host is good at those, too.. “Uh and Uh” AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

To Preston: IF The Birther question is a lie WHY wont the President release his long form Birth Certificate for ALL to see? Why not diffuse this issue. IT IS GROWING by leaps in bounds.He has spent millions to cover up WHAT? You dont spend millions to cover up the TRUTH. Plus…it is OUR MONEY that he is spending. Doesn’t that PISS you off? He is spending YOUR money to hide ALL his records!! IT IS NOT only 5% like it is reported to be. Have you EVER researched it for yourself? Our founders made the rule ‘Natural Born Citizen’to insure Allegiance to the United States. Have you ever seen the President whole-heartedly site the pledge of ALLEGIANCE? I didnt think so!
You will only WAKE UP when his Policies start hitting you in YOUR pocket. It is WE the American Tax payer and our children who are going to suffer!
