I would like a consultation with Joe Bannister, as the IRS has notified me that they are taking money out of my disability retirement check to pay debts to them for years I did not file a return since 2004. They are causing me to not be able to pay my rent, buy food, or pay for my heat. What can I do to stop them from withdrawing money I need to live on? Anyone?

The IRS is levying with a Notice of Levy to the fiduciary of the Teacher Retiremnt System in Illinois. They are taking 85% of our retirement each month.
They have not followed the IRC procedures for any valid levy or even a valid Notice of Levy– there was never any court hearing or court order or any warrants of distraint issued. We are filing a suit against the Fiduciary for not requesting valid/certified documentation of any existing levy, court order or warrant of distraint. They are scared of the irs– They said we should settle with the irs– we said give our property and we will deal with the irs. Our bank requested validation 8 months ago, the irs never responded.
We are going after them (fiduciary) individually because they have violated the \Fiduciary Responsibility Act\ – Any suggestions- Arnie

I Left the country because of things like this. Your talking like the IRSS is part of the government, is it?
