Air Date: 02/08/2010

Kim Thompson had a very physical childhood including a great deal of dance and then martial arts. In early adulthood, a vehicle accident left her with ten years of low back and neck pain. She tried the usual rounds of health professionals with no results. When regular Yoga practice finally brought relief, she became committed to studying and exploring movement and bodywork.

Kim has completed trainings in Yoga, Feldenkrais®, Bones for Life®, Sounder Sleep™, CranioSacral Therapy, and more. She blends these movement and bodywork modalities to meet the needs of her students and clients.
