Scott Tips received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1976, studied at the Sorbonne in Paris from 1976-1977, and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 1980, where he was the Managing Editor of the California Law Review. He is currently Editor of Health Freedom News as well as acting Treasurer on the Board of the National Health Federation where you can see the Declaration of Health Freedom Rights that provides the backbone to his work.
